Shipment Processing Times

While we strive to deliver promptly, please note that as we’ve recently introduced our product line, and due to high demand, the current expected shipping timeframe is between 2-3 weeks from the date of your order placement. In case of a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Please be aware that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process. Our shipping options are as follows:

 

Free Shipping for orders over €200 – US, Canada & certain European Countries*.

– Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

* Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Poland, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, San Marino, Monaco & Italy.

 

Charges for Orders Below €200

– Shipment Cost: €14.95

– Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

 

International Shipping: Rates Vary by Territory

– Shipment Cost: View available shipping choices during checkout

– Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

It’s important to be aware that jroll.com is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products, jroll.com cannot be held liable for any items that are damaged or lost during the shipping process. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to initiate a claim. Kindly also inform us of such case, as to assist in finding a potential solution.

We kindly request that you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for the claims process.
