Eligibility:

The Lifetime Friend Membership is offered at the discretion of Jroll to selected clients and supporters who meet specific criteria determined by Jroll.

Invitation to the membership is non-transferable and applies only to the individual client to whom it is issued.

Membership Benefits:

The benefits of the Lifetime Friend Membership include a 30% discount on all products purchased through jroll.com and a complimentary next-generation X10 product (when made available).

The 30% discount applies to the regular price of products and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Jroll.

Redeeming Membership:

1. Friends should open an account at jroll.com after receiving the invite.
2. After opening the account, send us an email to hello@jroll.com and Jroll will make the necessary adjustments to your account to activate your special Lifetime Friend discount.

Membership Validity:

The Lifetime Friend Membership is meant for life and does not expire once activated.

Jroll reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership program, including benefits and eligibility criteria, at its discretion. Members will be duly notified of any changes.

Usage Restrictions:

The benefits of the Lifetime Friend Membership are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Abuse or fraudulent use of the membership benefits may result in the cancellation of membership and forfeiture of benefits.

Limitation of Liability:

Jroll shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Lifetime Friend Membership benefits.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By redeeming the Lifetime Friend Membership, clients and supporters agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Jroll.
